CEREC System CAD/CAM SIRONA
The CEREC technology represents the most advanced technique in the prosthetic and aesthetic dentistry. Created by specialists from Sirona (Siemens Dental – Germany) it offers the unique German quality for all end-products obtained with help of this technology. Whether you want a bridge, a crown, a veneer, an inlay or a post, the accuracy and execution speed surpass any existing technology. Based on the CAD/ CAM technology, the CEREC concept introduces three unique elements, closely related to one another.
- natural aesthetics (there is no metal)
- accuracy (+/- 15 microns)
- speed (8 minutes for a crown, a veneer or inlay, 30 minutes for a 4 unit bridge/teeth)
The concept is being called “One hour dentistry”.
