Removal of fractured metal fragments

Sometimes, fractured metal fragments may be present within the root canals. Removal of these fragments is imperative, otherwise they may cause undesirable infections and complications. Again, optical microscope and the endodontist experience may solve this clinical situation and may lead to medium- and long- term tooth recovery.
