Invisalign
INVISALIGN represents a revolutionary method for the orthodontic treatment, and allows the correction of malocclusions by using a range of removable, customized, almost invisible mouthguards, called Aligners. Invisalign is a treatment system based on last generation technologies and supported by studies and rigorous research work. The efficacy of this method has been proved by clinical studies, carried out in universities and private practices all over the world.
Invisalign combines the diagnosis and the treatment plan with the last discoveries in the 3D computer graphics technology. A series of customised Aligners are being fabricated for each patient. Through the successive wearing they allow the displacement of the teeth, according to the treatment plan which has been established for you by the Invisalign certified dentist. Each Aligner must be worn for two weeks, at least 22 hours per day in order to determine teeth displacement, one by one, until the desired results are achieved.
The application of this treatment system involves a number of necessary steps:
- Collecting the documents needed for diagnosis and treatment plan: radiographs, intra- and extra-oral images of the patient, occlusal analysis,
